• Highly skilled Professional who can Identify, develop, and implement business development initiatives that open up the available market for our products (e.g. new codes and standards that allow our product categories)
• Communicate regularly with the Business Process Group to ensure proper procedures and workflow are being implemented

Skills Required :

• Minimum of 15+ years of sales, marketing, and/or business development experience (Plumbing/HVAC products. Hydronic HVAC experience considered a plus.)
• Ability to travel national wide and domestically (40-60%)
• Demonstrated abilities and successes in implementing new product, solution, technology and value selling programs
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate, influence and inspire.
• Excellent sales and communication skills, as demonstrated by the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations
• Proven experience in prospecting and business development, both in person and virtually. Experience in working with a number of different agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver company-wide results

• Manage whole team of regional sales staff

• Understanding basic Electrical, Electron theory, able to identify components in heating system

• Experience & Knowledge of heat pumps  
• 1-3 years experience as a journeyman plumber
•   Valid driver’s license

Interview Process: First round will be the telephonic round and next two technical rounds. For technical rounds candidates have to attend personally. Later short listed candidates will be called for final round for selection.
